UNICEF Kid Power: Get Active with Sports Stars
Get active and save lives. Join the UNICEF Kid Power Team with Alex Morgan, Tyson Chandler, David Ortiz and Maya Moore. You’ll help end global malnutrition by giving children around the world the nutrition they need to survive and grow. Learn more about UNICEF Kid Power at http://unicefkidpower.org/.
Here’s how it works: Kids wear a UNICEF Kid Power Band, a child-friendly fitness band they can use with the free Kid Power companion app. Kids go on missions through the app, learn about new cultures and earn points for completing activities and challenges. These points unlock therapeutic food packets that UNICEF delivers to severely malnourished children around the world. The more kids move, the more points they earn, and the more lives they save!
Bands are available for pre-order on October 13th 2015 and available for purchase on November 29th at Target.com. Pre-orders will ship after November 29th. In 2016, Target will begin selling the Bands in select stores in the U.S.A. Learn more: http://unicefkidpower.org/KidPowerBands
